Description
The Soundproof pulverize is suitable for centralized crushing of defective products, containers, electrical housings, automotive parts, etc. from injection molding or blow molding processes.
Equipped with a soundproofing device, a 40mm thick crushing cavity, and an additional soundproof cover, this machine guarantees lower noise levels during use. The blades are made with Japanese NACHI and feature a “V”-shaped slant-cut design, ensuring smooth material cutting. The heavy-duty rotor with external bearings provides better protection for the crushing cavity and blades. The power system utilizes Dongguan motors and Siemens or Taiwan Dongyuan control components, resulting in lower power consumption, longer service life, greater stability, and increased safety during use.
